May be they came from future and killed the dinosaurs, and pushed forward the evolution now and then by intervening where we wonder how it could be chance.
After the Soviets left Afghanistan, kalashnikovs were common and so cheap in tribal areas between Pakistan and Afghanistan that you could buy an AK-47 for US$100, but now there are no more guns or cartridges for sale and costs are so high that an AK-47 costs now over US$1000. Rumors are that the Taliban purchased all the guns or CIA purchased all guns and bullets to leave nothing for Taliban.
Today My brother came from our village Jamrud in Khyber Agency, and said there was a strong rumor that Americans will attack tribal area of Pakistan on 20th July and people were panicking. Also the slaughters and en masse kidnapping of security forces, the situation now is that my brother was saying that when a group of Taliban stopped in Jamrud to take meal in a hotel , all security personnel in a nearby checkpost ran away.
Just a roaming thought, a memory, I recollect a little christian boy in our country was charged for blasphemy and death sentence was announced by court…. There was hue and cry and Denmark Foreign Minister came and took permission to take him to Denmark and let him grow up with missionary. I thought then, bad here , but he will grow there considered a black man. And another funny thought, when I was a student in USA, I had difficult time filling forms in most of which we had to declare our color/race and I did not know what choice to check mark.
