Back after a long time. I read it in a book (the one for dummies) that its easy to start a blog but difficult to maintain posting.
I am back to blogging after some months. I have time too because I am on 4 months vacations; just fed up from routine job. Alot has changed since my last blog. Taliban have finally come to our village and are looting trucks to Afghanistan every 2nd day. They go round the town in powerful vehicles carrying AK47s and Bazooka rocket launchers. They certainly are not locals. They have long hair and beards and wear jackets.
Taliban destroy a Police van with rocket attack as surrounded Police convoy comprising most of peshawar police under attack in suburbs of Peshawar and two army gunship helicopters desparately watching from above.
I am surprised at my furious posts. But the truth is that I am mostly in silent rage and fury and just make happy appearances, thats why I always tried meditation, breath control, thought control, Alexander technique since childhood but nothing worked.

Give them a chance to settle in UK as second class citizens (or even third class) and almost all will quit Pakistan. So much for our desire to have an independent homeland based on Islamic Ideology and our own culture.

I don’t know where my good friends from University Patrick Mcneil and Raymond Entwistle are. I have been searching on internet , and sending emails to wrong persons, but could not find them. I wish we had emails and internet then and we would have stayed in touch. And living addresses we kept changing till we were lost in the world.
For Prophets, Buddhas, Jesus, and all those starters of religions this would have probably been the best time to appear to prove their case as now we have internet, satellite televisions, and all tools of communication and information technology. Why they appeared in ancient times and left us in future generations in doubts.
We used to trek into mountains to laka ser (tallest mountain peak ) in Khyber Pass, and far away on way to it between the mountains is a small cemented pond gathering water from a small spring coming out of mountain side and on the nearby rock is a cement plaque on which is engraved ” Major Thompson and Lover Pond 1933 “.
